We will use Microsoft CMT for paper submission this year.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

About the final camera ready paper submission, please follow the instructions below:

The minimum page number is 12 and maximum is 15 pages.
You need to submit the following THREE files to misncconference@gmail.com)

a. The signed copyright form.

You need to fill the fields: Proposed Title of the Contribution, Author(s) Full Name(s), Corresponding Author Name, and the signature section(at the bottom of the last page). Please remember to sign the document (in the field, signed for, and on behalf of the author ).

b. The source file of your paper( Word or LaTex )

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer CCIS, which will be a post-conference publication. The conference proceedings is indexed by EI compendex and Scopus.
