The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Proceedings and Paper Format:
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer CCIS, which will be a post-conference publication. The conference proceedings is indexed by EI compendex and Scopus.
Please follow the authors instruction of Springer CCIS to prepare your paper. The Maximum length of paper is 12 pages.
